What this is

sourca records what you find on a sourcing trip — products, prices, shops — and turns it into order lists, packing lists and stock. It is built to work with no internet in a market and to upload when you have signal.

Your records are yours

You own what you enter. You can export your products and order lists at any time as CSV, and your packing lists as Excel. Nothing here claims a licence over your data, and it is not used for anything except showing it back to you and the people you share it with.

Plans and payment

Plans are annual and invoiced directly — there is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically. A plan is switched on once payment has landed. What each plan includes is on the Billing page.

Going over your capture allowance never blocks a capture and never refuses an upload. Records already on a phone always reach the server. The allowance is billed on, not enforced against your work.

Suspension

A business can be suspended — for an unpaid invoice, for example. Suspension stops its people signing in. It deletes nothing. Every product, shop and order list stays where it is, and lifting the suspension restores access immediately.

What is not promised

The software is provided as it is. Business card reading is an aid, not a guarantee — cards vary enormously and a reading can be wrong, so check anything that matters before you rely on it. The pricing figures are arithmetic on the numbers you enter; they are not advice about what to buy.

Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
